It is a great honor to announce you the ‘40th Anniversary & Annual Meeting of WEFTA’ to be held in Izmir – Turkey on 4 -7 October 2010. In last four decades, WEFTA has provided huge contributions for many academical institutions and industrial applications of seafood research with deep-rooted scientific ties. The 40th WEFTA meeting also aims to bring together all the people related to seafood technology, providing them mutual cooperation to share experiences about developments in technologies, build new bridges to establish productive projects and move relations further ahead. Meeting theme: Theme of meeting refers to obtain most nutritional benefits from raw material and to have products offering the best for consumer's life. The WEFTA 2010 Meeting will take place Izmir's popular seaside Village Çeşme, in the Altın Yunus Resort & Thermal Hotel which has a golden beach, transparent turquoise sea, private marina and a magnificent view.
